Lama Dechen Yeshe Wangmo
BOISE, AUGUST 12 - 13 - 14, 2005
"LIFE MINUS OBSTACLES = ENLIGHTENMENT"
VAJRA KILAYA TEACHINGS & PRACTICE
Saturday & Sunday, August 13 - 14, 9:30AM - 5:30PM
Central to the Nyingma lineage, Vajra Kilaya spans the entire path of awakening from beginning to end.
At the entry level, it is practiced by meditating on oneself as Vajra Kilaya,a symbolic "deity" image that transforms our point of view and allows us to allow obstacles, however conceived, to dissolve back into themselves rather than remain as the axis of struggle.
Participants will learn the basic principles of "deity" meditation, the iconography of the Vajra Kilaya mandala and will practice the Vajra Kilaya visualization and mantra.
They will receive a concise practice text.
Everyone is invited to deepen their knowledge of Vajrayana and to experience this awakened energy as it was practiced in Tibet.
